FOUNDER

With over 36 years of experience in architectural finishes and 17 years in acoustic treatments, Steven is a leading expert in the industry. Before founding Tiferet Finishes 14 years ago, Steven worked at Shapiro Ben Basat and various architectural product companies where he honed his craft. As the driving force behind LHA, Steven brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, ensuring exceptional results and lasting relationships.

Sim Wolf is the driving force behind Lincoln Hall Acoustics' marketing and business development initiatives. Madi Dissanayake

HEAD OF ENGINEERING + CONSTRUCTION
With 27 years of experience in the Los Angeles market estimating & engineering acoustic treatments and other finishes, Madi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to LHA. With a C-2 license and a degree in Civil Engineering, he has worked at Tiferet, Shapiro, and other notable firms before joining the team. As head of engineering and construction, Madi leads the estimating and engineering of all projects, ensuring that every detail is considered and executed to the highest standards.
